Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Window
We offer a flexible 14-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery, in compliance with Egyptian Consumer Protection laws.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging, in the same condition as received.
- The item must include all original tags, labels, accessories, and promotional gifts (if any).
- A valid receipt, invoice, or digital order confirmation is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories are non-returnable unless there is a clear manufacturing defect:
- Opened cosmetics and personal care products.
- Food, groceries, and beverages after opening.
4. How to Return and Get Refunded
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email or WhatsApp support. A shipping representative will collect the item from you within 2-4 business days. Once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed and returned via your original payment method (Cash, Vodafone Cash, or InstaPay).
